I opened Archery In The Wild in 2002 after working at Kodak for 28 years. I was brought up in a family of primarily rifle hunters, but several years ago I was introduced to the sport of archery, hence my passion ever since. Although I liked my job at Kodak, I was always intrigued by the idea of starting my own business and working for myself. I decided to start my own archery shop, catering to both hunters and recreational target shooters. I love sharing the sport of archery with others, and thought what better way to spread my knowledge and passion but to open an archery pro shop. My wife Carol, and I feel first and foremost that our customer service is top priority. If we can achieve that, the rest will fall into place. We strive to meet the needs of each and every customer that enters the archery shop. In addition, we take great pride in our staff. We are very selective in hiring our staff making sure he or she has customer service skills that meet or exceed our expectations. We all have various expertise in archery, but if we can't answer a specific question, we will go above and beyond to find an answer. I am always educating myself on the latest and greatest bows and archery products, and I encourage my staff to do the same. I am so excited to serve the archery community in this capacity, and look forward to the opportunities of watching the sport of archery grow amongst individuals, families, and a community as a whole.
